Had a trip out to the hospital garden for some fresh air and practiced some walking on my crutches as had done it with the physio in the morning (look at that terrible posture!). Felt great though.
Lots of clunking in the operated hip and a bit of a dodgy episode getting into bed earlier where it felt like it was going to dislocate (aaah!), but I'll ask them about it in the morning.
